InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms are spotless and welcoming. You will attend to guest needs, uphold high cleanliness standards, and support a warm, luxurious experience.

This is a physical role requiring standing, lifting up to 23 kg, and flexible shifts including nights, weekends or holidays. Training and a uniform are provided, and staff discounts apply.

Qualifications

• Physical role requiring standing for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 23 kilograms / 50 pounds
• Literacy skills and basic maths
• Flexible attitude to shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Making sure every room is at its absolute best for guests
• Helping guests with needs and directions
• Keeping supervisor informed of progress or problems
• Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste
• Reuniting guests with lost items
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects
