Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort in Fujairah invites applications for a full-time Food & Beverage role. The successful candidate will greet guests, explain menu items, manage seating, and ensure service standards while handling orders and payments. Knowledge of POS systems and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Previous service experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with professional, friendly service.
• Explain menu items and answer questions.
• Manage guest seating and wait lists; assist with reservations.
• Process orders, calculate taxes, and handle payments.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and preparations.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Present a positive image of the establishment.
• Operate in line with outlet policies and service standards.
• Coordinate with service staff for smooth handoffs.
