Job summary

Jumeirah invites applications for a Bell Attendant - Concierge at Madinat Jumeirah starting October 2026. You will deliver messages, assist guests, and warmly welcome arrivals, coordinating with Front Office and Valet.

The ideal candidate has 0-1 year hospitality experience, a Higher Secondary certificate, and mult-cultural awareness; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus. Jumeirah offers a supportive environment, healthcare, staff accommodation, and global mobility.

Qualifications

Higher Secondary School certificate or country-specific certification.
0-1 year of experience within the hospitality industry.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver messages, parcels, mail, and other items to guest rooms, verifying guest name and room number.
Identify and assist with security matters as a first point of call for guests checking in.
Perform related tasks as assigned by management.
Open car doors for guests and greet them warmly on arrival and departure.
Coordinate with Front Office and Valet to escort guests to their rooms and demonstrate room features.
Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and transport them safely.
