Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience leading Costa Del Sol luxury development projects is a must.
• At least 10 years' experience in planning and execution of major developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate development projects.
• Oversee the full project life cycle from site selection to delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets and resources for cost-efficient delivery.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new opportunities.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the development team.
• Foster cross-department coordination and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to company-wide real estate strategy and identify opportunities.
• Engage with government agencies, contractors, architects, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning, building codes, and permits.
