Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Development Director to lead planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate projects in Riyadh, KSA. The role requires steering the project life cycle from site selection through delivery, ensuring budget adherence and quality.

You will conduct financial analyses, feasibility studies, and guide a multidisciplinary team, while shaping the company’s development strategy and maintaining key external relationships with regulators, contractors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Spanish speaker and does not need a work permit in Spain.
• At least 10 years' experience in planning and execution.
• Experience in Costa Del Sol and GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of luxury real estate development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee the entire project life cycle from site selection to construction and delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Perform financial analysis and feasibility studies for development opportunities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team and drive collaboration across departments.
• Identify new development opportunities aligned with strategic objectives and build stakeholder relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, or related field
