Qualifications

• Active residential sales experience in Dubai luxury sector preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, etc.).
• Strong track record in high-ticket transactions and client advisory.

Responsabilités

Candidate Requirements

• Dubai Secondary Track Record: Active residential sales experience in Dubai with a verifiable record of closed secondary transactions.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English paired with one or more European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Scandinavian, etc.).
• Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of prime master developments, luxury villa pricing, and Dubai transfer procedures.
• High-Ticket Execution: Executive presence, polished negotiation capabilities, and a client-first advisory mindset.
