Job summary

Carter & White is a Dubai-based luxury fashion brand seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium shopping experience. You will meet sales targets, provide styling advice, and nurture client relationships while representing the brand in a boutique setting.

The role requires English fluency, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work weekends in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Retail, or Fashion is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion, premium retail, or hospitality.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion and customer service.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maximize sales through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of VIP customers.
• Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive collections, and promotions.
• Cross Sell and Upsell
• Experienced in Ready to Wear Sales
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, gift card, and exchange transactions.
• Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Support stockroom organization and inventory accuracy.
• Follow opening and closing store procedures.
