Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets in a Dubai fashion environment. You will identify customer needs, demonstrate products, build relationships, and maintain store standards to cultivate loyalty.

The role requires a high school qualification and 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience, with strong communication and teamwork. You will handle transactions and uphold store policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend and demonstrate products.
• Receive payments and provide cash point service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and in-store promotions.
• Maintain grooming, display, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Check stock levels daily and inform management to replenish.
• Comply with policies including refunds, security, and health & safety.
• Recruit customers for the database by entering details into POS.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilance.
