Job summary

Kingston Management Consultants FZC is seeking a procurement professional in the United Arab Emirates to lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, and strategic sourcing for luxury materials. The role focuses on achieving cost efficiency while upholding premium quality and compliance across the end-to-end procurement cycle.

You will collaborate with technical teams, manage international supplier relationships, and drive market research to identify top vendors and favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Professional certifications such as CPP or CSCP are highly regarded
• Experience with international suppliers and global sourcing dynamics is essential
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for high-end luxury materials
• Secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms without compromising quality
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure materials meet architectural standards and client expectations
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and reduce costs
• Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify reliable vendors and negotiate favorable terms
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from requisition to PO issuance ensuring compliance with company policies
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships for quality service
• Handle all procurement-related paperwork including invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation for imported luxury goods
