Qualifications

• At least one year's experience as a recreation attendant.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of recreational equipment and facilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedure.
• Be available to carry out any assignment as delegated by department manager.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests and assist in all guests’ needs, including towels and chaise lounge setup.
• Pick up and remove used towels and debris from pool deck.
• Provide unique experiences through warm, personal service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
• Ensure a positive first impression of the pool for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
• Maintain knowledge of wellness and recreation services, activities, amenities and hotel services/features.
• Upsell and promote wellness and recreation offers to maximize sales revenue.
• Perform opening/closing side duties and set the pool according to standards and procedures.
• Be well versed in hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
