Job summary

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Luxury Off Plan Specialist to promote and sell premium off-plan residential and commercial properties on-site. You will manage a portfolio of luxury developments, conduct presentations and site visits, and explain project specs, payment plans, and investment potential.

You will prospect and qualify leads, build relationships with high-net-worth clients, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate listings and effective marketing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Carpentry and Framing, with the ability to interpret plans and support property-related fit-out or customization requirements when needed.
• Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectively, particularly for supervising or coordinating on-site finishing or inspection tasks.
• Knowledge of Finish Carpentry standards to oversee quality of interior fit-outs and ensure luxury property specifications are met for discerning clients.
• Proven experience in luxury property sales, off-plan projects, or real estate brokerage in the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling to high-net-worth individuals and investors.
• Ability to conduct market and project analysis, interpret floor plans and master plans, and clearly explain investment returns and payment structures.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools; familiarity with real estate marketing platforms is an advantage.
