Job summary

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Premium Off Plan Specialist to promote and sell premium off-plan properties on-site. You will manage client portfolios, conduct presentations, organize site visits, and guide buyers through the full sales cycle.

The role requires active collaboration with developers and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely proposals and market insights for management.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills including framing to understand basic on-site requirements.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools for on-site adjustments and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of finish carpentry to explain interior finishing standards to clients.
• Proven experience in premium real estate sales, preferably off-plan or new developments, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets, including developer offerings and timelines.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium off-plan properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Manage client portfolios and guide buyers through the off-plan sales cycle.
• Conduct property presentations and organize site visits.
• Prepare and review sales proposals and maintain up-to-date project knowledge.
• Generate and qualify leads; coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
• Ensure documentation and compliance; provide market insights to management.
• Collaborate with developers; participate in events and roadshows.
• Deliver a professional, client-centered experience from initial contact to closing.
