Job summary

Property Shop Investment (PSI) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Premium Properties Advisor focused on off-plan sales and investment advisory. You will present and sell off-plan properties to local and international clients, build strong relationships with clients and developers, and guide buyers from consultation to closing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese or European languages are preferred.
• Sales professional with strong communication and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell off-plan properties to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities.
• Generate and develop business through networking, referrals, outreach and available leads.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from initial consultation to closing.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, projects and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and project launches.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

The Opportunity we are looking for ambitious and results-driven Premium Properties Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi team, specializing in off-plan property sales and investment advisory.

You don't necessarily need previous real estate experience. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills and the drive to build a successful career in real estate, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Present and sell off-plan properties to local and international clients
