Job summary

Jumeirah Burj Al Arab invites a Junior Mixologist to join the F&B Service team. You will craft drinks to brand standards, support stock and deliveries, and uphold the luxury guest experience in a world-renowned property.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury hospitality, English fluency, and a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management. Benefits include accommodations, healthcare, and career growth within the Jumeirah network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the international luxury hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of an additional language (preferred).
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class drinks to specification and have working knowledge of beverages beyond those stocked.
• Assist the bar manager in stock, ordering, returns, and stock takes; receive and log deliveries.
• Understand and be able to explain the brand concept, history and vision.
• Have impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolio and prepare drinks per brand standard.
• Understand and comply with local licensing laws and promote responsible service of alcohol.
• Lead by example with excellent customer service and strive to exceed expectations.
