Job summary

Ounass is seeking a Merchandising Administration Assistant in Dubai to support the merchandising team with accurate product, PO and inventory data across categories. You’ll work with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth order flow from placement to online launch.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, Retail or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in merchandising administration or similar role in fashion/luxury retail.
• Experience supporting merchandising processes in fast-paced retail.
• Strong knowledge of PO management, product lifecycle, inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, PO and inventory information across systems.
• Create and update purchase orders with correct product details, quantities, prices and delivery dates.
• Review data entries for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain order trackers and provide regular status updates to Buyers and Planners.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics on shipments and discrepancies.
• Process receipts, cancellations, returns to vendors, transfers and inventory adjustments.
• Reconcile POs, invoices and inventory records; escalate discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly reports, stock updates and order summaries for Merchandising teams.
