Job summary

Ounass is seeking a Merchandise Planner to support annual and seasonal budgets and forecasts for a multi-channel retail operation in Dubai. The role involves analyzing historical performance, market trends and customer demand to drive trading decisions, stock targets and localisation opportunities.

Strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset are essential. You will collaborate with Buying, Commercial, Digital, Finance and Supply Chain teams to prepare performance reports, identify opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
2–3 years of merchandise planning experience in retail/e-commerce.
Strong numerical and analytical capability with ability to interpret complex reports.

Responsibilities

Support annual and seasonal budgets and forecasts through historical performance and market trends.
Prepare sales margin and stock analyses to inform merchandise planning and trading decisions.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and performance reviews.
Prepare SKU- and class-level plans and share data-driven recommendations with Buying teams.
Collaborate with multiple teams to support planning and execution.
