Job summary

SADEEM Lighting Solutions is looking for a Project Sales Professional to drive sales of project-based lighting solutions in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline from lead to close.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with design/engineering teams, and maintaining key accounts while supporting project execution. Strong English skills are essential; UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B client relationship management with interior designers, fit-out companies, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs and translate them into accurate proposals and quotations.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with interior designers, contractors, consultants and developers.
• Manage sales pipelines from lead generation to closing.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals; coordinate with design and engineering teams.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings; maintain relationships with key accounts; support project execution.
