Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in fine jewelry or luxury fashion preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer service and meet store targets.
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to business performance.
• Develop knowledge of the brand's jewelry collections, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Present and explain product features, pricing, care instructions, and relevant information.
• Assist clients in selecting jewelry based on preferences, style, occasion, and budget.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, exchanges, returns, and after-sales requests according to policy.
