Job summary

Atlantis The Royal in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Team Leader, Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms and corridors, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

You will supervise attendants, conduct inspections, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and mentor the team to uphold luxury standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience in luxury or 5-star hotels.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with hotel management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee room attendants in cleaning/maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meets resort standards.
• Ensure timely completion of housekeeping tasks and manage work schedules.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to address maintenance or guest concerns.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure quality and health/safety compliance.
• Monitor use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and resort cleanliness.
• Assist in managing lost and found, guest requests, and housekeeping reports.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
