Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Houseman to support the Housekeeping team in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and heart-of-house spaces. You will ensure supplies and linen are available while delivering a clean, comfortable environment for guests and residents.

This full-time role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and offers competitive pay, training, and employee benefits in a luxury hotel setting on Al Maryah Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked and rooms are clean.
• Assist with responsibilities in Public Area Attendant and Room Attendant during busy periods.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
