Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure a pristine, welcoming spa environment for guests and residents. You will support daily operations, maintain spotless treatment rooms, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have experience in spa or luxury hospitality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced team setting while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Spa, hotel, wellness or luxury hospitality environment.
• Warm, friendly and professional personality with guest service passion.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all Spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, wet areas, and facilities.
• Prepare treatment rooms and Spa facilities before and after guest use, ensuring all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly replenished.
• Welcome and assist guests and residents with a warm and professional approach, responding promptly to requests and providing information about Spa facilities.
• Monitor and replenish towels, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and other Spa supplies throughout the day.
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation, health, and safety standards are consistently maintained throughout the Spa.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, guest concerns, or any unusual occurrences promptly to the Spa Supervisor and Director of Spa.
• Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Spa Supervisor or Director of Spa.
