You will lead special projects to maintain service standards, monitor room status, review guest profiles, and promptly notify management of any issues, while working closely with engineering and housekeeping teams.

Qualifications

• Two years culinary or related work experience.
• High level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Answer housekeeping calls and direct requests to improve department efficiency.
• Lead special projects to maintain and improve housekeeping service levels.
• Schedule room assignment boards and monitor staffing for the next day.
• Maintain accurate files in the Housekeeping Office and ensure updates.
• Monitor Traces and Special Requests and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Review guest profiles and execute requests for Housekeeping.
• Expedite guest requests quickly and notify management of issues.
• Communicate room and engineering issues and follow resolution protocols.
• Assist with stripping, cleaning and inspecting rooms as needed.
• Work harmoniously with room attendants, house attendants and laundry attendants.
