Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is actively seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across the club in DIFC. You will supervise daily operations, assist with high-end textiles, and coordinate with third-party laundry providers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in luxury housekeeping with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings.
• Exposure to floral display upkeep in public areas, supporting presentation standards with suppliers or florists.
• Experience assisting in laundry operations, including linen and uniform care, and coordination with third‑party laundry providers.
• Proven ability to support team supervisors, training, and day-to-day coordination of housekeeping staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain outstanding cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the club.
• Assist in ensuring all luxurious fabrics are properly cared for using appropriate cleaning methods and care procedures.
• Support the selection and safe use of suitable cleaning agents for high-end textiles and furnishings.
• Carry out regular inspections to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and address issues promptly.
• Assist in managing laundry operations, coordinating with third‑party providers.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient stock control.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations, especially during events and member requirements.
• Assist in handling member enquiries and service-related issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within housekeeping operations.
• Assist in upkeep of floral arrangements in public areas, coordinating with suppliers where required.
