Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai in Dubai DIFC is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our passionate and creative team. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation that define The Arts Club, supervising the team and ensuring high-end textiles are cared for.

You will coordinate with other departments, manage laundry operations, handle member enquiries, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar high-end hospitality environment, with at least some supervisory responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of high-end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings, including their proper care and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain outstanding cleanliness and organization.
• Care for luxurious fabrics, drapes, upholstery, and linens using proper methods.
• Assist in selecting and using suitable cleaning agents for high-end textiles.
• Perform regular inspections and address issues to uphold standards.
• Oversee laundry operations and coordination with third-party providers.
• Monitor supplies and inventory to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments during events and special member requests.
• Handle member enquiries and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed in housekeeping operations.
• Oversee floral arrangements in public areas and coordinate with suppliers.
