Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to run sold room reports, verify room status, and coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety policies, professional appearance, and ability to work with a team; previous hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Run sold room reports and verify room status.
• Coordinate efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Prepare and distribute room assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Record and update the Do Not Disturb list of rooms.
• Ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned on time and assign rush rooms.
• Complete required Housekeeping paperwork.
