Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a luxury five‑star beachfront resort, is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage professional for its outlet. You will be responsible for guest service, menu knowledge, order taking, and upselling, while maintaining impeccable standards in a vibrant, high-end environment.

Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will join a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction, with opportunities to grow within a premier hospitality brand on Palm Jumeirah.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun, and with a passion for hospitality.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation (mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, light cleaning).
• Take orders from guests and upsell where possible.
• Use the outlet POS system and ensure all sales are recorded correctly.
• Serve food and beverages to standards and clear tables as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties; flexibility for special requests from guests.
