Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a luxury 5-star beachfront resort on Palm Jumeirah, seeks an enthusiastic F&B professional. You will prepare outlets, take orders with upselling, and maintain impeccable service standards while coordinating with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation including mise-en-place and setting tables.
• Take orders from guests and upsell when possible.
• Operate the outlet POS system and ensure accurate recording of sales.
• Serve food and beverages to standards; clear and reset tables.
• Complete opening and closing duties and accommodate special guest requests.
