Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or established restaurant environments.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation including mise-en-place and setting/resetting tables.
• Take orders from guests and upsell where possible.
• Use the outlet POS system and ensure accurate recording of sales.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Clear tables and manage dishware, completing opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Be flexible with guest requests and follow presentation guidelines set by F&B management.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station and ensure brand standards are met.
