The Ritz-Carlton in Dubai is seeking a Hotel Runner - Operations Support to assist guest deliveries, transport supplies, and support multiple departments across the property. This on-site, full-time role requires mobility and the ability to respond quickly to requests from housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office.

You do not need prior related work experience; candidates should be dependable, follow procedures, and maintain professional conduct.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior hospitality experience needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver requested items directly to guests in their rooms.
• Transport supplies and other items between hotel departments.
• Respond to operational support requests throughout the property.
• Assist housekeeping teams when items or supplies are required.
• Provide runner support to engineering operations.
• Assist banquet teams with operational requirements.
• Support restaurants with requested deliveries and materials.
• Provide assistance to front office operations when needed.
• Move efficiently through guest and service areas to complete assigned tasks.
