Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping operations within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guestrooms to the highest standards.
• Maintain compliance with Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA requirements in every task.
• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and room supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and safeguard guest privacy.
