Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Pool Maintenance Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel project in Saudi Arabia. Lead daily pool maintenance, water treatment, and safety compliance while coordinating with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Recreation teams.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in all pool facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pool maintenance experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Experience as Pool Maintenance Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities/Hospitality management preferred.
• Certification in pool operation, water treatment, chemical handling or facility maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of pool water treatment, balance, chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool maintenance operations including water quality, filtration, pumps and equipment.
• Ensure pools meet luxury hotel standards and local health and safety regulations.
• Monitor chemical levels, pH, chlorine, alkalinity and water balance.
• Inspect pool areas and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for pool systems.
• Train, supervise and guide pool maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of water testing, maintenance activities, chemical usage and inspections.
• Manage inventory of pool chemicals, tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping and Recreation teams for smooth operations.
