InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Laundry Supervisor In-charge to lead laundry operations in a luxury hotel environment. The role requires hands-on leadership, effective communication, and the ability to maintain impeccable linen, towel, and uniform standards for guests and departments.

You will oversee washing, drying, pressing, folding, and distribution, while coordinating with suppliers and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of supervisory or in-charge experience in luxury hotel laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all laundry operations.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies.
• Ensure all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest garments are processed to luxury standards.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of laundry requirements.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies.
• Ensure accurate collection, tracking, and delivery of guest laundry within service timelines.
