You will drive menu quality, guest experiences, and financial performance while upholding the highest brand and hygiene standards.

Build a high-performing team, source seasonal produce locally, and mentor chefs to deliver outstanding food across all dining venues.

Qualifications

• Current/Previous experience as Executive Chef in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and team-management experience in high-end dining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• High standards of food production, quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Culinary and Stewarding strategy and daily kitchen operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop Culinary and Stewarding teams across outlets with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with F&B to create attractive concepts, menus and promotions that drive revenue.
