Job summary

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a motivated Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and deliver engaging guest experiences in a premium hotel setting.

The role requires knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations, with strong communication and teamwork. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or bar.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, promotions, and products.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and support upselling opportunities.
• Ensure beverages are consistently prepared and presented to the required standard.
• Process guest orders and bills accurately through the POS system.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements.
