Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent; further security qualifications help.
• Experience: 3–5 years in security with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Leadership: proven track record in leading a security team.
• Crisis handling: calm, decisive management during emergencies.
• Security systems: strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and alarms.
• Communication: excellent written and verbal reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and risk detection, with proactive follow-up.
• Tech-savvy with basic office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise security personnel and ensure training and procedures.
• Security Operations: manage daily surveillance, access control and alarms.
• Incident Management: respond to incidents, investigate and report.
• Monitoring & Surveillance: oversee CCTV and conduct regular patrols.

• Emergency Response: lead evacuations and drills per safety protocols.
• Training & Development: provide on-the-job security training.
