Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a creative photographer and videographer to conceptualize, shoot and edit high-quality content for social media and campaigns. You will manage the full creative process from brief to delivery, organize shoots across hotel departments, and produce content for Instagram, reels, websites and more while maintaining brand quality.

You will collaborate with teams to capture events and activations, edit using professional software, and maintain a polished asset library.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional photography or videography experience.
• Hospitality, lifestyle or F&B experience preferred.
• Hands-on with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Photoshop; After Effects, Lightroom and Audition are a plus.
• Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content and short-form video.
• Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to support shoots and events outside standard hours; portfolio showing both photography and videography.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery.
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments, including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations.
• Capture hotel events, key moments and special activations as required.
• Handle photography and videography setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Create content adapted for Instagram Reels, Stories, social posts, websites and other marketing channels.
• Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand and consistent in quality.
• Organise and maintain the hotel’s complete photo and video asset library.
• Stay updated with current social media, hospitality and content-production trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
