Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of Ennismore, is seeking a photographer/videographer to conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality content for social media and campaigns. You will manage shoots across hotel departments, handle lighting and editing, and deliver content tailored for Instagram, websites and other channels.

The role requires 1–2 years in photography/videography with a strong portfolio, hands-on production skills and proficiency in Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years professional photography/videography experience.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience preferred.
• Hands-on with cameras, lighting and production gear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; After Effects/LR a plus.
• Advanced editing, colour grading and retouching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery.
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments and activations.
• Capture hotel events and key moments as required.
• Handle setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Create content for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and websites.
• Ensure content is on-brand, visually compelling and high quality.
• Organise and maintain the hotel’s photo/video asset library.
• Stay updated with social media, hospitality and content trends.
