SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of Ennismore, is seeking a photographer/videographer to conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality content for social media and campaigns. You will manage shoots across hotel departments, handle lighting and editing, and deliver content tailored for Instagram, websites and other channels.

The role requires 1–2 years in photography/videography with a strong portfolio, hands-on production skills and proficiency in Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

• 1–2 years professional photography/videography experience.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience preferred.
• Hands-on with cameras, lighting and production gear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; After Effects/LR a plus.

Job Description

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and final delivery.
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments, including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations.
• Capture hotel events, key moments and special activations as required.
• Handle photography and videography setup, lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Create content adapted for Instagram Reels, Stories, social posts, websites and other marketing channels.
• Ensure all content is visually compelling, on-brand and consistent in quality.
• Organise and maintain the hotel’s complete photo and video asset library.
• Stay updated with current social media, hospitality and content-production trends.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom and Audition is an advantage.
• Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and short-form video.
• Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Flexible to support shoots, events and activations outside standard working hours when required.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills is required.
