Job summary

Rixos is seeking a creative, proactive Content Creator with photography and videography expertise. You will produce high-quality visual content for social media, campaigns and marketing needs, while ensuring brand standards across channels.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, hands-on production skills, and proficiency in Adobe software. Flexibility for events and after-hours shoots is a plus. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation.
• Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment.
• Strong knowledge of post-production tools and color grading.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns and digital platforms.
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production, editing and delivery.
• Proactively organise shoots across hotel departments including rooms, F&B, lifestyle, spa, events and activations.
• Capture events and activations, handle lighting, sound, editing and colour grading.
• Create content for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, websites and other marketing channels.
• Maintain on-brand visuals and organise the asset library.
• Stay updated with trends in social media, hospitality and content production.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media campaigns and digital platforms
• Manage the full creative process from brief and shoot planning to production editing and final delivery
• Proactively organise photo and video shoots across hotel departments including rooms F amp B lifestyle spa events and activations
• Capture hotel events key moments and special activations as required
• Handle photography and videography setup lighting sound editing retouching and colour grading
• Create content adapted for Instagram Reels Stories social posts websites and other marketing channels
• Ensure all content is visually compelling on-brand and consistent in quality
• Organise and maintain the hotel s complete photo and video asset library
• Stay updated with current social media hospitality and content-production trends
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards

1 2 years of professional experience in photography, videography or content creation. Hospitality, lifestyle, travel or F&B experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting and production equipment. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop ; knowledge of After Effects, Lightroom and Audition is an advantage. Advanced video editing, colour grading and photo retouching skills. Good understanding of social media content and short-form video. Excellent visual sense, creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Flexible to support shoots, events and activations outside standard working hours when required. A professional portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills is required.
