Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a Reservations Associate to ensure accurate room blocks, processing requests, and guiding guests with the Gold Standards.

You will handle reservations by phone, fax, or mail, verify availability, explain rates and cancellation policies, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service that reflects our luxury hospitality heritage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
• Set-up proper billing accounts according to Accounting policies.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or elevate/refer to appropriate individual.
