Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year of related experience in food & beverage or guest-facing hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Comfortable working in a luxury hotel dining environment with regular guest contact.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on feet across active dining areas.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, service timing, and guest comfort.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, dining areas, service stations, and supplies before and during restaurant service.
• Greet guests with courteous, confident hospitality.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to ensure accurate and timely orders.
• Read and verify menu details when supporting guest questions or updates.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and dining spaces.
