SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage daily front desk operations within a luxury boutique hotel setting. You will greet guests, coordinate with departments, and ensure exceptional service and a lively, health-focused environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality guest service, problem solving, and upselling opportunities while maintaining brand standards and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in verbal and written English is required.
• Proficient in hospitality guest services.
• Previous guest service and reservations experience is preferred.
• Excellent computer and typing skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with all departments to accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Provide information to supervisors and team members.
• Provide immediate assistance to guests.
• Handle complaints, settle disputes, and report to management.
• Interact with guests throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality and satisfaction.
• Record guest issues in the guest response tracking system.
• Follow LQA Standards and focus on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Analyze information to choose best solutions and resolve problems.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, standards and procedures.
• Assist with upselling programs and manage check-ins/outs when required.
