Job summary

MANEL Fashion L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced Production Lead to manage the Dubai facility from planning to dispatch. The role focuses on right-first-time output, minimal waste, and on-time delivery for luxury garments.

You will supervise pattern making, cutting, sewing and finishing, drive quality checks, and collaborate with the design team to turn mood boards into production-ready pieces.

Qualifications

• Proven pattern making and garment construction knowledge with hands-on finishing skills.
• 6+ years in garment production, 3+ years leading a production or quality team.
• Experience with delicate fabrics and luxury/couture production.
• Strong English communication; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog a plus.
• Familiar with production planning, inspections, and ERP/spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production: planning, pattern making, cutting, sewing, finishing, and dispatch.
• Own quality standards and inspections at multiple stages of production.
• Optimize cutting layouts to reduce waste and track scrap weekly.
• Supervise packing, returns processing and on-time dispatch for orders.
• Train and motivate tailors, cutters, and finishers; collaborate with design.
