Job summary

Caliberly is looking for a Production Manager in Dubai to oversee the entire production process from order placement through to the delivery of garments. The successful candidate will manage vendor communications, track production deliverables, and prepare detailed reports for senior management. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8-10 years of sourcing experience in the apparel industry are required. Additional skills include effective communication, prioritization, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sourcing experience in a fast-paced apparel environment.
• Specialty retail and/or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
• English is compulsory; Arabic is optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production process from order placement to delivery of finished goods.
• Track production deliverables and identify issues proactively.
• Communicate with vendors and onboard new vendors.
• Prepare production process reports for senior management.
• Ensure health and safety standards in the production facility.
