Job summary

BENO Technologies FZ L.L.C. is seeking a Producer / Production Coordinator for its Dubai-based luxury media team. You will bridge creative direction with on-the-ground execution across yachts, watersports, automotive, desert experiences, and lifestyle production.

Responsibilities include planning pre-production logistics, coordinating locations and crews, and managing vendor relationships. You will work closely with the Head of Media to refine workflows and deliver top-quality shoots within

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of production coordination or producing experience in the UAE, particularly Dubai.
Knowledgeable in standard production tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Meet, Trello).
Familiar with core media production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong AI literacy: comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Higgsfield to support production planning.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate pre-production logistics, locations, scheduling, crew, and prep for shoots.
Arrange transport and logistics for crew, talent, and equipment on larger productions.
Produce a range of shoot types with a small in-house crew across automotive, watersports, yacht, desert, events and lifestyle content.
Adapt on the ground to changing conditions while protecting brand identity, safety, and efficiency.
Brief in-house editors on deliverables and ensure post-production stays on schedule.
