Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a customer‑centric retail professional to support luxury store operations across omni‑channel channels, driving client relationships and promoting the MUSE loyalty program.

You will collect data on customer behaviour, ensure data capture and adherence to VM guidelines, support in-store events, and contribute to marketing campaigns while upholding SOPs and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Open to Russian and English communication skills.
• Prior experience with premium or luxury retail.
• Clientelling / client database is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on customer behaviour and top sellers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs.
