Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a senior housekeeping role, preferably for VIP/private families or luxury residences.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to keep residence immaculate.
• Develop and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures for a VIP private family.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and confidentiality standards for a private residence.
• Coordinate with other household staff and external service providers as needed.
