Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join SAL Service. You will provide a warm, professional dining experience, describe menu items, and coordinate closely with the Culinary Team to ensure flawless service at every table.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of luxury hotel waiter/waitress experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a team-focused approach in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Adaptability and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Team player with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized dining experience.
• Describe menu items and beverage pairings with knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
• Coordinate with Culinary Team to ensure flawless food pickup and timely service.
• Manage table settings and present dishes with immaculate presentation.
• Use the POS system to process orders and communicate with the kitchen.
