Job summary

Client of WhiteCrow Research in Dubai's luxury hospitality sector seeks a service associate to greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure impeccable dining experiences.

You will collaborate with the Culinary Team to coordinate timing, uphold HACCP standards, and maintain a pristine outlet. A 1-year luxury service background and a high school diploma are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience in a similar luxury-service role.
• Knowledge of health and safety HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service in a luxury setting.
• Set up tables, serve food and beverages, and clear tables.
• Coordinate with Culinary Team to ensure timely dining experiences.
• Communicate special guest needs to the kitchen via POS system.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards in line with SOPs.
