Job summary

Concentrix Corporation seeks an Account Manager in the UAE to lead a team and drive client success. The role focuses on coaching Team Leaders and delivering high‑quality client experiences while meeting service levels and financial targets.

You will manage performance, drive revenue, and collaborate with client partners, BD, and cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Customer Relations Centre.
• Background in customer service within premium environments (Retail, Hospitality, Luxury preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans and provide feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with internal/external partners.
• Experience in leading sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
• Maximize revenue generation including forecasting and budgeting.
• Select, train, develop, and manage performance of direct reports; plan staff work.
• Manage and review operational reports (Attendance, metrics, client scorecard).
• Attend business reviews with the client and lead a team of Team Leaders.
